Eclipse Star November 12th, 2024 Edition!  The latest edition of the Eclipse Star is here! Check out the new Eclipse Star by clicking here! November 5: Note from Cless   Hi everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful and spooky Halloween! I just wanted to take a moment to update the community on myself and Kora ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ's relative inactivity and slowness of updates since August. As many of you already know, we have been preparing to move in together soon. As it's a cross-border move involving immigration, needless to say it has occupied a ton of our time and attention to ensure we get it right and have all our ducks in a row. So I just wanted to apologize for our quietness and slowness in terms of handling user requests, distributing avatars, and implementing updates, etc, and let the wider community know what's going on, since not everybody is aware! Anyway, we will finally be putting our plan into action on November 9th. Woohoo! I imagine the pace will greatly pick back up shortly thereafter, so we will finally be getting back to unresolved user requests and outstanding issues, and begin pushing out updates such as (hopefully) the belated Halloween/Autumn event, new Pokemon releases, October/November exclusive avatars, Daily Prize restores, and so on! If you have already PMed me or Kora about something and have yet to reach a resolution, no action should be necessary - we will be going through our unresolved PMs. However, if you want to be absolutely sure, do feel free to reach out again to reiterate your request/question/concern! If you DMed us off-site via Discord instead, I recommend doing so again in case it got buried, or send an in-game PM. Or if you have an entirely new request, now would be a good time to reach out. Starting November 10th or so, I will be doing my best to get back to everybody. Of course, it won't be instant - it will probably take us about a month to get fully settled and moved in. However, Kora and I will be physically together which should make handling outstanding Eclipse matters and updates far easier. We have a lot in store for the next few months, so a massive and heartfelt thanks to all of you in this wonderful community for your patience, understanding, and support - we hope it will be worth it! You are all truly the best. ♥ November 5: A Message from Site Staff As we enter one of the most contentious and divisive election nights in US political history, staff would like to remind users that this site has never been meant for detailed discussions of political positions, views, or anxieties. Ordinarily, sparse, passing comments are fine, but particularly during times like this, even those pose a risk of starting a full-blown political conversation. Especially when it seems like the entire rest of the world is discussing politics, many users use this place as a way to escape the anxieties of the real world. Please be considerate to those users and let them have their space of calm. At the end of the day, this site is, above all else, a community of gamers who come together to play some Pokémon. It is not Twitter/X or your Thanksgiving table with that one crazy uncle you only see once a year. During this time of remarkable stress for many people, please keep this space free of political discussions and arguments for your fellow community members who simply want to use this site as the former, rather than the latter. November 4   EmeraldRelicGastly and ShadowRetroShuppet are the special Pokemon on Moon Gaze Mountain for 2 weeks! October 20: New ??? DNAs!    A new selection of Pokemon can be restored from the main classes of ??? DNAs: maps, battles, and mines! Said DNA classes have entirely new prize pools, and there are a couple new Cbox DNAs. A big thanks once again to Kora ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ for preparing this update! Tip: ??? DNAs are a mysterious type of Pokemon DNA found randomly while searching the Legendary Areas, battling, mining, or chatting on the cbox. They can also be earned from Daily Prize chests. Visit the DNA Center to restore DNAs — you require 3 DNAs of a particular type to restore a Pokemon back to life. September 19: Chocobo Pillar!  Mad chickens are mysteriously invading Sky Pillar, turning it into Chocobo Pillar and kicking out the mighty Rayquaza! Beware to all Pokemon Trainers and Chicken Farmers foolish enough to enter: the chickens are extremely peckish. As in, your eye might get pecked out. Therefore, it is highly recommended to wear chickenproof goggles. BAGAWK! Sorry, the chickens are getting to me.  Make sure to wish a happy birthday to DemonChocobo28! A big thanks to them for bringing this map event to fruition, we hope you have a wonderful birthday full of Chick-fil-A! September 8: Thunder Ruins + Pokemon Mansion - Zapdos Returns!    A crew of Zapdos have suddenly emerged from the skies, seeking to take their vengeance upon humanity for their foolish and flimsy power plants! They have stationed themselves at Thunder Ruins and Pokemon Mansion—Pokemon Trainers are requested over there to help calm the storm!   Thanks so much to Feen and Matt626 for teaming up to release this update, and of course thanks to Kora ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ for the beautiful sprites & portrait! August 26: Ruins of Alph (Chamber) HMLs - Chasm of Fire!  As drought takes hold, the river within Ruins of Alph (Chamber) has dried up and the firey path within has been unlocked, revealing a bunch of new HMLs! At the end of the molten chasm is the Legendary Pokemon HyperGalaxyEntei—obtain all 4 of the Chasm of Fire HMLs to reach the fabled Entei!  As a result of these events, LegacyHyperLunala has fled the area along with the River Styx HMLs, meaning they now are all unobtainable! August 23: Rock Trade-In Update!     The Rock Trade-In has new Exclusive Pokemon available for the next month! Trade in  250,000 rocks to win a random Pokemon: RubyHyperLitten, RainbowRelicChikorita, PearlRetroTreecko, or AstralGenesisEevee! And who knows, something special could happen if you find them all... Thanks to Kora ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ for her assistance with this new rotation!August 18: Summer Star Shop Update!      The Pokemon area of the Star Shop has been overhauled with all-new Pokemon to buy with your  Star Points! A big thanks once again to Kora ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ for her help with this wonderful rotation!Furthermore, the Star Shop Raffle winners have been drawn: click here for a full listing! If you won a prize, you will receive an automated PM. Tip: Star Points are a currency exclusively earned from Daily Prize Chests.August 2024: Exclusive Donator Avatars!     The Exclusive Avatars for August 2024 are NobleTyeDyeSkuntank, NobleIvoryPurugly, NobleAzureReuniclus, and NobleOpalLilligant! All donators who donate $25 or more in August will earn these avatars for free! The avatars are permanently and automatically added to your Avatar Collection.
