The first trading week of the year will take place over the course of five days: between Friday, the 3rd of January, and Tuesday, the 7th of January. Happy New Year!! To kick off the new year, new Elite Join Events have been released, and Ruins of Alph (Chamber) has been overhauled! Elite Join Events Elite Join Events are extremely rare Pokemon you might capture randomly any time during 2025 while searching, battling, or mining! However, they'll only show themselves to the most elite trainers. Players will need to meet the following criteria to run into them:  Searching Elite Join Event: Must be at least Map Level 1,000 (may be found while searching the Legendary Areas, guaranteed after 5m searches) Battling Elite Join Event: Must be at least Trainer Level 25,000 (may be found while battling, guaranteed after 2.5m battles) Mining Elite Join Event: Must be at least Mining Level 2,000 (may found while mining, guaranteed after 2.5m mines)These Pokemon are meant to be major accomplishments and will be obtainable for a full year (until January 1 2026). Each Pokemon can be found only once. After a certain threshold of searches/battles/mines, you are guaranteed to get the respective Pokemon if you haven't already found it.  Make sure to send a big thanks to the most festive player in the game — The Grinch — for donating to make this update happen! DNAs Roto Boosts!  For a limited time, Pokemon Trainers can now find elusive Snowflake ??? DNAs while searching, battling, or mining! The odds are 1/10k per click (or 1/5000 per battle), and players can find 1 per clicking style per day. In other words, it's possible to find a maximum of 1 Snowflake DNA via searching + 1 DNA via battling + 1 DNA via mining, for a total of 3 Snowflake DNAs per day. The prizes are shared between all forms of clicking. Restore them over at the DNA Center for festive prizes! Happy holidays!! Roto Boosts!      Furthermore, Roto Boosts have made another return! You may or may not recognize these from the 2021 and 2023 Virus Events - once again, they're directly findable while clicking. Once found, use them at the Roto Boosts section to activate personal boosts in EXP, Platinum Coins, shards, and more! Note that both Snowflake DNAs and Roto Boosts will last until January 15th.
